1 | Contact me and tell me about you
Send us your request including the date, location, and number of guests. How do you envision your big day? Tell me what you have in mind and what kind of floral design you need.
2 | moodboard
Creation of a custom floral project tailored to your request, enhanced by our distinctive stylistic touch that makes each wedding truly one of a kind.
3 | Confirmation & Design
After approval, we proceed with the contract signing and secure your date. Then we move on to sketches and a video call to go through every detail. Together, we’ll define all the floral elements of your event.
4 | Set-Up & Styling
On the day of the event, we’ll transform the venue with our floral arrangements, taking care of transportation, setup, and takedown.

+ How can we start collaborating with you?
It’s very simple: send us an email at info@giorgiacarolinifloraldesign.it with all the details about your wedding, such as the date, venue, guest count, your style vision, and any inspirational images you have. This way, we can first check our availability and then start building your project together. We recommend contacting us at least one year before your wedding date.
+ Where do you work?
We are a company based in Tuscany and our Lab is in a small town on the tuscanian coast. We serve all region, if asked we can move to the other neighboring regions adding travel and accommodation costs.
+ Do you work with international customers?
Yes, we work only with foreign couples, this is our choice, we love when our clients can live the true italian experience and it's so exciting to be there with our flowers. We have lots of couples come from US, UK, AUS, but we also had couples from New Zeland, Puerto Rico, Norway, Sweeden, Iceland, Canada.
+ What happens on the Wedding day?
Basically every Wedding is divided in steps, we arrive and build the Ceremony, meanwhile Giorgia personally delivers floral accessories. During Ceremony we place Aperitivo flowers if you have them and start arrange the Reception Decor placing centerpieces and candles. We provide lots of our inventory items so we stay till the cake cut to take them back home. Being there for so many hours we ask our Couple to have seats at the Staff Table.

Our strengths are: the spontaneous use of flowers that we call Modern-Garden, the Floral Selection in terms of types and shades matched with the palette and our empathy with the Clients.
